Collaboration with JKang Architects
This house is located on a site facing south in the suburbs. In addition to the basic housing requirements, it was required to emphasize the southeast-facing view. Accordingly, the living room on the first floor and the main external space on the second floor were planned to face southeast. It was planned to support family events and various activities by proposing an outdoor fireplace centered on the terrace and roof deck on the second floor. It is designed in a efficient form and white stucco and dark gray bricks were used as exterior wall materials, emphasizing a variety of volume compositions through the contrast of black and white in a modern form.
